Is Premier a coatings company?
No. Coatings is part of our name. We work only on heating, ventilation and air conditioning.
Why are the doors hard to open?
Usually more air is being exhausted than replaced. Our building pressure page lists the symptoms and what we measure.
The kitchen hood does not clear smoke any more. Why?
Often make-up air, not the hood. If nothing replaces the air the hood removes, it cannot pull properly.
Do you work on houses as well as facilities?
Yes, with the same measurements and written prices.
A flue smells or keeps going out. What should we do?
Stop using that appliance and call the same day. Back-drafting is a safety matter whatever the cause.
Will I get a price before work starts?
Yes. Repairs are priced in writing after diagnosis, and projects are proposed in writing.
